About the job

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end closings
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice preparation, bank reconciliations, and expense claims
• Handle payroll processing, postings, and social security contributions
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and settlements across Synpulse entities
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding tax) and regulatory filings
• Support year‑end audits and prepare relevant financial schedules
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance DACH and Group CFO

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in multi‑entity environments; professional services background preferred
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge; audit experience beneficial
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently
• Fluent in German and English
