AI Futures have been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a newly formed AI Lab Team in Berlin at a Leading NYSE AI Tech Company with over 10 million users across 200 countries.

The Company has seen immense success since its inception with its vast and dynamic product suite empowering millions of businesses across the globe.

As a fundamental part of its future strategy, the Company has created a newly formed AI Lab Team which will harness the power of AI Agents to build an AI‑First Product that will take their success to that next level.

You’ll have the rare opportunity to work in a start‑up environment but with the backing and stability of an immensely successful global organisation.

In this role, you will architect and deploy a robust AI agent orchestration framework to drive autonomous workflows. You’ll be the technical backbone of the Company’s AI‑first strategy, ensuring that their new product is not just “promptware” but a reliable, scalable and differentiated platform. Think integrating LLMs with vast datasets using Python and LangGraph whilst leading the evaluation, logging and monitoring of Agent performance.

Hybrid: Ideally 2 days/week in office but once you have settled in, the team can be super flexible on remote working.

The fixed salary is up to €120k.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an MCP‑style agent orchestration framework to enable autonomous AI workflows, such as A/B testing and internal linking.
• Integrate LLMs with vast datasets, GSC/GA4, and third‑party APIs to power data‑driven marketing solutions.
• Build evaluation and logging systems to track agent performance, ensuring reliable outcome attribution and rollback safety.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and model deployment processes for scalable, secure AI workflows with robust monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and engineers to establish feedback loops for reinforcement learning and continuous improvement.

Candidate

• Advanced ML Expertise: 5+ years in ML engineering or MLOps, with proven experience deploying scalable ML models in production.
• LLM Orchestration Skills: Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and workflow automation for AI applications.
• DevOps Proficiency: Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and observability, with a focus on secure, autonomous system design.
