The People Tech & Analytics team’s mission is to enable long‑term scalability by fostering a data‑informed culture through seamless systems and a people‑centric employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop data models in Snowflake that integrate multiple sources such as Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HRIS) and deliver trusted data marts for business‑critical use cases.
• Ensure that all People data products follow dbt ownership principles and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Build robust ingestion, transformation, and documentation pipelines to improve data reliability and governance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Data, People, and Business teams to align technical solutions with real‑world needs.
• Promote data interoperability by working across domains to define standards and integrate data for cross‑tribe usage.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure the underlying infrastructure is scalable and reliable.

You'll Be Great for This Role If You Have

• Strong experience designing architectural systems for complex KPIs and scalable data products.
• A solid background in data modeling and warehousing, with deep knowledge of Snowflake or equivalent platforms.
• The ability to translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Hands‑on experience with dbt (or similar tools), Airflow, Git, CI/CD workflows, and AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, or scripting tasks.
• A passion for mentoring and technical enablement, helping others grow their analytics engineering skills.
• Excellent stakeholder alignment skills – able to translate People and business needs into scalable, analytics‑ready models.
• Experience working within a data mesh architecture and contributing to shared data ownership across teams.
