The Team – your impact
In our Payroll Management product team you will join about 18 colleagues and you will report to the Head of HR DT Payroll Services. The department is responsible to provide stable and state of the art solutions to run the payroll for major E.ON countries Germany, UK, Sweden and Romania. As Senior Application Engineer SAP HCM Time Management (f/m/d) you are responsible to implement and further develop our HCM system and therefore help to provide best user experiences to our internal E.ON customers and satisfy employees, managers and HR departments. You will be part of a diverse hybrid working organization across various locations that operates without silo thinking, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Consult, implement, test and document technical requirements in the area of SAP HCM Time Management (mainly Germany, Sweden, UK and Romania) and technical interfaces in a BizDevOps set up and in close collaboration with the international team
• Ensure stable integration to third party systems (e.g. time terminals, access management)
• Analyse, support and implement technical changes in projects, such as company foundations, carve-outs, or new collective agreements
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues across the HCM landscape with a focus on long-term stability and performance
• Contribute to digitalization and AI-driven projects and initiatives, bringing technical innovation to life
• Playing an active role in generating ideas and innovations, as well as handling Problem and Incident Management
  
  

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time management and connected systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to stay focused and effective under pressure
• Strong in communication and collected experience in Agile working methods
• Excellent team spirit, with a user-centric mindset and and focus on delivering results
• Comfortable guiding, mentoring, and supporting team development
• Fluent in English, with solid communication skills in German (spoken and written)
