Senior Audit Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT audits across SEFE’s group entities. This includes audits of IT general controls (ITGCs), infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and major technology initiatives. The role ensures timely, high-quality execution aligned with both internal policies and business priorities.

This position involves coordinating audit project teams, reviewing audit workpapers for clarity and accuracy, and developing a deep understanding of business operations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with process owners is essential to gain valuable insights, support effective risk management, and help enhance overall IT governance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the development and execution of a risk-based internal audit strategy that enhances governance, risk management, and internal controls across SEFE Group
• Design annual audit plans for the assigned vertical, aligning with key risks, strategic objectives, internal policies and regulatory requirements and in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Lead and execute the delivery of the audit plan, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and effective resource management (internal, co-sourced, outsourced)
• Drive the development and integration of data analytics within audits, oversee use of dashboards and other visualisation tools
• Present clear, insightful audit reports to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. Lead and present audit findings, risk and recommendations to senior stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, CISA
• Experience in internal or external auditing within management roles
• Relevant industry knowledge and experience within the Energy sector, covering Gas/Power/LNG trading processes
• Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks and risk management principles
• Good understanding of IT General Controls and Data Analytics
