Role Overview: As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and scaling backend systems that power our AI agent infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with significant influence over architecture, implementation, and integration across our stack.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build scalable backend systems for AI/ML workloads
• Develop and integrate complex AI agents into production environments
• Own end-to-end development, from design to deployment
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams
• Optimize systems for performance, security, and scalability
• Contribute to technical standards and mentor team members
• Rapidly prototype new features based on feedback and iteration


Requirements:
• 7+ years of backend development experience
• Strong Python skills and backend architecture knowledge
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI systems (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of system design for AI-powered applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
