Your mission :

We are seeking a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our client, a EU Institution. The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, with proven experience in complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
• Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using REST API, web services, and scripting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and BMC product updates.

Your profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
• Proficiency in Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
• Experience with Cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with REST API, web services, and scripting solutions for integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is a plus.
