What You’ll Be Working On

• Bring complex FinTech products to life through clear, clickable, and high‑converting content and ad campaigns.
• Lead the craft: from typography to composition to motion, with pixel‑perfect attention to detail.
• Translate insights and strategies from the Product Marketing and Growth teams into visually stunning campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop 360° brand campaigns.
• Contribute to design systems in Figma, expand our component library, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
• Drive motion design yourself—creating animated UI effects, micro‑interactions, and social motion assets using tools like After Effects, Jitter, or Rive.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience across in‑house, agency, or studio environments.
• Strong foundational skills in motion design—from micro‑animations to social motion assets.
• Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, systems are second nature).
