Senior PeopleSoft-Finance Business Analyst / Switzerland or EU / Freelance


Job Summary
The Senior PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst bridges business and technical teams to optimize PeopleSoft Financials, leading requirements, solution design, and support to ensure efficient processes and successful system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and documentation.
• Support configuration, upgrades, integrations, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, UAT, and end-user training.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and compliance alignment.


Required Skills & Competencies
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional consultant with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
• Proven track record of successful financials systems implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
• Advanced functional knowledge of at least 2 of the following PeopleSoft modules:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Lease Administration
  • Project Costing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage.
• Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making from a UX perspective.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks a strong asset.
• Working experience in a SAFe / Agile environment a strong asset.
• ORBUS knowledge will be a big advantage


Start date: 15th September
Duration: 3 month contract
Location: Switzerland or EU (fully remote)
