The job in brief:

What your impact will be:

• Proactively define and review an overarching marketing strategy based on data and insights.
• Supervise reporting for the Customer Acquisition department.
• Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team.
• Partner with marketing teams to set marketing strategies based on analytics.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in marketing analytics and technology.

Qualifications

• SQL and Excel skills are a must.
• Experience in digital marketing with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive analytic mindset.
• Proficiency in Marketing Technology stacks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapting to changing priorities and technologies.
• Mandatory Italian language.
• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in Paid Search advertising platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in budgeting and marketing strategy definition.
• Experience in Python programming language.
