Overview

Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Payments – role at Worldline Healthcare GmbH. The Senior Business Analyst translates business requirements into solution designs, focusing on optimization and implementations for core payments processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions for the Payments 2.0 processing framework.
• Design payments processing functionalities and enhance the existing Payments 2.0 processing framework.
• Bridge between client- and Worldline-based components to deliver a well-functioning, robust, and high-performing end-to-end processing infrastructure for serviced clients.
• Enhance the core payments processing system to ensure seamless daily payments for clients.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and other senior roles to design efficient functional enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders at client sites or WL operating units to understand business needs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Maintain stability of daily business while driving future optimizations; leverage in-depth knowledge of European payments processing schemes and the Payments 2.0 application framework.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and translate complex requirements into robust technical designs.

What We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology and at least 10 years of experience in the payments domain.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst designing complex, large-scale, business-critical solutions.
• Ability to work in a complex financial industry environment and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational talent, initiative, analytical skills, and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and in a demanding software delivery and production environment.
• Ethical behavior and attention to detail.
• Essential domain knowledge: Payments 2.0 processing framework, SEPA/SWIFT/MX payments processing, mission-critical system design, Agile methodology, Jira or similar tools, and translating business requirements into software development.
