Business Development Manager (Germany)

As a Business Development and Technical Sales Manager, you will expand the company's reach by leveraging your current network to build new sales partnerships across the region. You will work alongside world-leading experts to develop solutions that address real-world issues. We seek passionate individuals eager to grow in an ethics-driven environment that promotes sustainability and diversity.

This is a hybrid role based at our site in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform product sales activities for new and renewal business to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Partner with field and enterprise sales teams and channel partners to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue as part of an overall account strategy.
  3. Contribute effectively at all stages of the sales process.
  4. Facilitate communication with sales and technical teams regarding product updates, success stories, and strategies.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
  6. Participate in industry shows and conventions.
  7. Create and lead advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting company advantages and positioning our products as superior.
  8. Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, evaluations, and training.
  9. Develop clear proposals, quotations, and value propositions with team members.
  10. Provide client feedback to product development and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in sciences or engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in selling AI/ML/engineering/technology applications, with a proven success record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to coordinate with personnel across multiple global sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify appropriate customer solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English.
