We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Certinia Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of Certinia applications integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Certinia modules and a strong understanding of Salesforce administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Certinia applications, including user setup, permissions, and data integrityConfigure and customize Certinia modules such as PSA and Revenue Management to meet evolving business needsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Certinia and its integration with SalesforceSupport data migration, cleansing, and reporting activitiesAssist in testing and deployment of new features, patches, and upgradesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancementsWork closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless platform integrationCreate and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materialsConduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower internal teams on Certinia best practicesAct as a subject matter expert for Certinia, providing guidance on configuration standards and governance Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience as a Certinia applications Administrator with proficiency in Certinia PSA in an enterprise environmentSignificant hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, schema development, user and permissions management and other related topicsProficient in data management, reporting, and dashboard creationCertifications in Salesforce and Certinia (Admin level required)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience working with cross functional teams and enterprise level projectsExperience with change management and release processes in Salesforce environmentsKnowledge of financial management principles and accounting processesKnowledge with Revenue Management and/or Service Estimator modules is a plus

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
