As the Client Manager for Life & Health in the Nordic region, you will be the primary interface between Swiss Re and its reinsurance clients across the Nordic region. This strategic role is pivotal in strengthening Swiss Re’s market presence and delivering client-centric solutions. The role is based in Munich and reports to the Head Client Management ACEE and Nordics.
You will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team of professionals that are keen to deliver results and help shape the future of Swiss Re's business. As Munich L&H hub we are part of an interconnected Continental European L&H team as well as a global L&H community. The team is highly diverse, comprising different functions relevant to serving our clients, including Client Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, and Medical. The working environment is fast-paced, collaborative, intellectually stimulating and challenging – and all this with a good pinch of fun.
You are a dynamic and strategic professional with a strong foundation in the international Life & Health insurance or reinsurance industry. You thrive in client-facing roles, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and are motivated by driving impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 99,000 and EUR 165,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
