We are immediately seeking someone for our Berlin or Munich office.

Senior Client Service Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of a 6-person Client Service Management team in day-to-day operations and independently manage your client projects.
  • Develop and lead clients, maintain client relationships: recognize and meet client needs, analyze them and offer ideas and solutions.
  • Create proposals and presentations, as well as plan and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Work closely with the creative team to optimally implement client requests.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or comparable education/vocational training.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Client Service, Account- or Project Management with strong project management skills; experience leading big brands in fast-paced environments. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a high drive and hands-on mentality.
  • Organizational talent with a structured way of working and high customer orientation.
  • True team player with a willingness to exchange ideas.
  • Affinity for design and creativity is a must.
