Senior Compliance Manager

We seek immediate support in a permanent position at the Munich location, in Nemetschek SE, for our growth trajectory as our Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) .

The Corporate Legal & Compliance department provides legal advice to the Executive Board and Nemetschek SE and brand subsidiaries, supports corporate governance for the entire group, and oversees the Group compliance management system.

Responsibilities

• Continuous maintenance and further development of the Nemetschek Group's compliance management system and its implementation within subsidiaries
• Preparation of compliance risk analyses and the further development of internal guidelines, training and controls, especially in competition law, anti-corruption, human rights and prevention of money laundering and fraud
• Conception and implementation of communication measures and training on compliance topics
• Act as internal contact person for legal compliance issues (e.g., KYC requests, gifts & hospitality requests)
• Support and management of national and international projects in the area of compliance
• Serve as contact and sparring partner for the CSR team
• Reporting on the status of compliance activities

Qualifications / Skills

• Completed studies in law, economics or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment with extensive knowledge of compliance (money laundering prevention, anti-corruption, antitrust and competition law)
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, good self-organization, and a team-oriented, pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
