We’re seeking a Concept Creative (Copy, Strategy, Art) — native English only (American or British). If English isn’t your mother tongue, this isn’t your role. The nuance, rhythm, and instinct of your writing must feel as natural as breathing — because your words will define how global brands speak.
You are a concept-driven storyteller who moves between copywriting, strategy, and visual thinking with ease. You can turn insights into bold, culture-moving ideas that feel smart, human, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign concepts that connect brand strategy, storytelling, and design
- Write copy and campaign ideas at a world-class level — sharp, human, and effortless
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand identity
- Present and sell ideas internally and to clients with confidence
- Contribute to strategic discussions and refine creative briefs
- Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends, especially the kind that win hearts and awards (Cannes Lions experience is a big plus)
- Push ideas beyond the expected, toward the kind of work that gets noticed and remembered
Qualifications
- Native English speaker (American or British) — mandatory
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in creative or advertising agencies
- Proven background in conceptual, copy-led campaign work
- Portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, wit, and craft across platforms
- Strategic understanding of brand and communication design
- Digital fluency — social, film, experiential, and beyond
- Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Clear understanding of the AI tools, their territories, weaknesses and strengths
- Production experience and understanding in both traditional and CGI environments
- Award-winning work or potential to deliver such work
- Strong expertise in branding, storytelling, and communication strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
