• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, i.e., streamlined product development and production processes, production rate and supply chain performance increase, value stream digitalization, and sustainability
• Transform functional perimeters and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations
• Support in the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects
• Foster the strong international aerospace community, including specific knowledge development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by MBA or PhD
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry
• Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and implementation, as well as process and organizational design
• High process understanding along the entire value chain
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are favorable
• High willingness for domestic and international travel
