How you will create an impact :

• Project Support : Collaborate with project teams to support and begin to lead various commercial client engagements for leading pharma and biopharma companies, helping them to unlock better growth.
• Presentation Preparation : Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
• Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret data to support commercial strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Innovation : Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Learning and Development : Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher’s methodologies.
• Collaborate across teams : Work in cross-functional, international teams, bringing together diverse expertise to solve complex commercial challenges in the life sciences industry.

About you :

• Experience in strategy consulting : You should have at least 2 years of full-time work experience in commercial consulting with functional experience in market strategy, marketing & sales, growth strategy and classic commercial strategy topics.
• Comprehensive industry knowledge : A strong understanding of pharma and biopharma commercial models, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics across key global markets will enable you to navigate the industry effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : The ability to structure complex problems, interpret data effectively, and generate strategic insights will help you drive client success.
• Client-facing expertise : You bring proven experience in supporting client projects and delivering impactful presentations & workshops.
• Entrepreneurial mindset : A proactive, hands-on approach will enable you to drive innovation and business growth while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills : Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required; proficiency in German and / or any further language will give you a strong advantage.
