Do you want to work in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions - Advisory - Mergers & Acquisitions department and support clients throughout the entire M&A deal cycle - from strategy and due diligence to financing and technology issues through to the successful implementation and integration of transactions? Your impact:

As a Senior Consultant Data & GenAI / M&A Analytics (m/f/x), you’ll drive data-driven decisions that enable successful M&A transactions.
• Feature design: Assist in defining and designing new features, solutions, and platform assets.
• Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on emerging data patterns, architectural designs, and infrastructure technologies to support new use cases.
• Development: Develop product or system code while actively contributing to the overall quality of the codebase and the final products.
• Coding: Write backend and frontend code across various technologies, while facilitating communication and leading discussions with cross-functional collaborators.
• System: Diagnose and prioritize product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing their root causes and assessing their impact on hardware, network, service operations, and overall quality.


Your skillset:

• Study: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Software development: 3-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• Data: 3-4 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Full stack development: 3-4 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• GenAI: Ideally, you have experience developing data pipes, data processing functions, GenAI or Agentic solutions in Azure
• Language: Fluent German and English language skills
