How you will create an impact:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models across various industries using sound statistical and analytical techniques
• Work hands-on with complex datasets, preparing and engineering data for modeling and analysis
• Build scalable ML/AI solutions on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Communicate technical results clearly to business stakeholders and take ownership of your workstream
• Bring a strong analytical mindset to uncover actionable insights

About you:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, computer science, or engineering
• Fluent in German and English, with confident communication skills in both
• At least 2-3 years of experience in data science
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and collaboration
• Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about teamwork
• Hands-on experience with Python or similar tools for modeling
• Understanding of AI and machine learning methods, especially tree-based and Bayesian approaches
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and ETL processes
• Plus: experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Generative AI solutions, or front-end tools like Streamlit
