Join Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation (CRM). You will support leading companies on their digital transformation journey and help them achieve sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic transformation: develop and implement digital transformation measures that sustainably change processes, systems and organization.
  • Process analysis and optimization: analyze existing and planned sales and service processes, identify improvement potentials and design optimizations.
  • Technology and trends: use latest technological developments and market trends to create modern services and advance digital solutions for clients.
  • Collaboration & teamwork: realise concepts in a multidisciplinary team, support customers in transforming existing infrastructures, ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Customer proximity and moderation: moderate workshops, work closely with stakeholders and bridge client requirements with practical implementation.

Skillset

  • Completed university studies in business economics, information systems, industrial engineering or a comparable field with very good results and strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Fundamental knowledge in consulting and optimisation of sales and service processes and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable technologies.
  • Practical experience in analysis, modelling and optimisation of business processes, ideally with BPMN 2.0 or similar modelling languages.
  • Passion for innovation, digitalisation and service design and strong interest in technological trends and challenges for end‑customers.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, quick onboarding in new cloud technologies and complex topics and willingness to travel.
