YOUR ROLE

Be the key to success: As a Senior Consultant Digitalisierung Energiewirtschaft, you act as the central interface between business departments and IT, driving digitalization for our clients.
Consultation and conceptual support: You assist in digitalizing processes and organizations, optimizing IT-supported business processes through innovation and tailored technologies.
Analysis and prioritization: Capture, evaluate, and document complex business requirements and develop new approaches, both in traditional and agile environments.
Workshops are your second home: You plan and facilitate workshops, feasibility studies, initial pilot implementations, and proof-of-concepts.
Technology recommendations: You develop proposals for technology selection and project implementation approaches.
Support project implementation in client-facing roles (e.g., as Product Owner): Our clients can rely on you for planning and executing digital strategies.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional experience: Several years of experience in the utilities sector.
Methodological skills: You possess the tools and solid experience in designing, preparing, conducting, and following up on workshops, including methods like Design Thinking, Requirements Engineering, and Process Modeling.
Project management: You are experienced in managing IT projects using both traditional and agile methods, from idea generation to implementation support.
Analytical thinking: An innovative approach to problem-solving and a structured work style characterize you.
Language skills: Excellent German and good English skills.
