DEINE ROLLE

1. Digitalisierungsprojekte: You will accompany and be responsible for projects in the Real Estate industry from requirements gathering to implementation.
2. Prozessoptimierung: You advise our clients on process optimization and the selection and introduction of industry software or the development of your own solutions.
3. Kundenworkshops: You plan and conduct these independently.
4. Branchentrends: You actively engage with industry trends and evaluate them in the context of product evaluations within our projects.
5. Vertriebsunterstützung: You support sales and business development in presales activities.

DEIN PROFIL

1. Studium: A completed degree or training with an IT or business administration background, or comparable experience, forms your basis for this role.
2. Berufserfahrung: You bring extensive experience in the real estate industry and digitalization projects.
3. Agile Methoden: You have experience with agile methodologies, e.g., roles as Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, or Project Manager, and ideally relevant certifications.
4. Führungskompetenz: You motivate teams, communicate clearly, and take responsibility.
5. Analytische Fähigkeiten: You think and act strategically and customer-oriented.
6. Sprachkenntnisse: You communicate confidently in German and English.
