Your mission

• You will play a central role in the entire lifecycle of customer projects – from requirements analysis to implementation.
• You will conduct targeted workshops and create user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with customers and developers.
• You will proactively design solutions with a focus on user experience and compliance with our portfolio standards.
• You will work closely with our software architecture team and take responsibility for the targeted development and sustainable transfer of specialist knowledge – both within and across team boundaries.
• You will actively support new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing customers with your experience and innovative ideas.

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Relevant consulting experience in the area of consulting for web shops or customer portals, ideally in the SAP CX portfolio (SAP Commerce Cloud) or Microsoft Commerce
• Knowledge of modern development methods such as agile development according to Scrum and Kanban
• Process- and solution-orientated approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy working in a team
• Very good German and very good English skills
• Occasional travelling
