As a (Senior) Consultant Experience Design (all genders), your tasks consist of the following:

• Shape strategies & roadmaps: Drive user-centric, data-driven digital commerce strategies and turn ideas into products and services that scale.
• Lead research & testing: Run interviews, surveys, A/B and usability tests – and turn insights into action.
• Bring ideas to life: Create journey maps, personas, wireframes, blueprints, and interactive prototypes that make complexity simple.
• Boost go-to-market: Craft smart go-to-market and communication strategies to launch digital services successfully.
• Inspire through workshops: Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions to align teams and spark solutions.
• Elevate customer journeys: Spot opportunities, optimize experiences, and keep the big picture in focus with data and market trends.
• Collaborate in agile teams: Work hand-in-hand with designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to deliver impact.
• Leverage AI: Explore generative AI and smart tools to power analysis, prototyping, and innovation.

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Education: Master’s, MBA, or PhD in Service/Product Design, Innovation, Business, or Communication Management.
• Experience: 3+ years in service design, eCommerce consulting, or digital product development. Knowledge of the full service design process and methods like Design Thinking, journey mapping, prototyping, and user research.
• Strategic mindset: Analytical and strategic thinker who can structure complex problems and tell compelling stories.
• Tools & methods: Proficient with Miro/Mural, Figma, Adobe CC, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Curious about generative AI and quick to adopt new tools. Agile methods (e.g. Scrum) are a plus.
• Communication skills: Able to run workshops, win stakeholders, and translate research into clear insights for leadership; thrives in team settings.
• Languages & mobility: Fluent in German and English, with flexibility for regular client travel.
