YOUR ROLE

• Digitalization Consulting: Advising on the digital transformation of Customer Service processes within a comprehensive Customer Experience framework.
• Solution Design: Developing solutions and implementing them using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Process Automation: Automating service processes through AI and chatbots configuration.
• System Integration: Integrating call center or telephony solutions with MS Dynamics Customer Service.
• Workshops and Training: Conducting workshops and training sessions for our clients.
• Project Leadership: Managing projects and sub-projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3-5 years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with strong skills in customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, and Teams Voice).
• Service KPIs: Familiar with common service KPIs.
• Requirements Gathering: Good knowledge in requirements analysis.
• Marketing Automation: Initial experience or strong interest in marketing automation.
• Agile Projects: Experience working in agile project environments.
• Languages: Excellent German and good English skills.
