What you’ll do

Lead clients, deliver outcomes: Take functional leadership of the Finance stream and advise clients during ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Deliver concepts as results across national and international projects.
Analyze deeply, design holistically: Conduct fit-gap analyses, capture requirements, and design targeted Finance solutions on D365. Propose and justify process improvements.
Implement and integrate: Direct application configuration, ensure data migration quality, and enable seamless integration into the existing IT landscape. Evaluate and apply new technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven agents.
Assure quality: Plan and lead Finance testing, enforce standards, and own results as workstream lead or sub-project manager.
Modernize processes: Guide clients through transformation and establish modern Finance processes, including change support during implementation.
Multiply knowledge: Grow internal know-how, track changes in technology and regulations, and provide mentoring.

What you bring

Ownership mindset, clear communication, and experience leading small functional teams.
Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or commercial training with extensive experience; ideally further education, e.g., certified accountant.
Several years in ERP consulting as a Consultant or In-house Consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, ideally with SCM exposure.
Confidence in workshops, Finance and Accounting process discovery, fit-gap, solution design, and best-practice delivery.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets. Comfortable with German tax requirements (HGB) and IFRS familiarity.
Cost accounting and Finance controlling knowledge is a plus.
Interest in new technologies; practical experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions.
Willingness to travel for projects.
