Responsibilities

• In collaboration with your project team, develop governance structures that support business processes and supervisory board involvement, as well as compensation systems for top management that contribute to steering the company and the economy.
• Keep the implementation of the corporate strategy in view and help promote long-term and sustainable corporate development.
• During strategic organizational and transformation projects, accompany our clients in IPOs and M&As and in their comprehensive transition to sustainability, in close coordination with CEOs, CFOs and supervisory boards.
• With regard to legal requirements and market standards, define measures and monitor financial indicators, ESG targets, stock prices and investor requirements.

• Analytical topics engage you and strategic as well as entrepreneurial thinking is your forte.
• You have an eye for detail and think and act in a team-oriented way.

• Your master's or doctoral degree with outstanding results (nearly finished) in a quantitative/analytic field (e.g., economics, finance, mathematics, economics – VWL, psychology, social sciences, natural sciences, etc.).
• Ideally relevant internships in consulting, corporate, or financial environments.
