As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) IT Integration at HPC Hamburg Port Consulting you respond to changing market requirements with technical know-how and experience in port logistics. You are a project manager, strategist, consultant, troubleshooter, and logistic expert in one person. You plan, conceptualize, and implement your projects with confidence, always acting from a customer centric perspective.

What you can expect

• Become a part of a highly qualified team of IT consulting experts as well as cross-functional project teams
• Take responsibility in conducting global digitalisation and IT strategy projects for our international clients within the port and terminal industry
• Support business development of HPC’s digitalisation and IT strategy portfolio according to global market trends and existing competencies within the company
• Contribute to commercialization of HPCs digitalisation and IT strategy portfolio
• Develop and implement customized digitalisation solutions and IT strategies for our international clients

What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, (business) engineering, mathematics or a comparable academic degree
• Several years of professional experience in participating and leading complex IT and digitalisation projects within the logistics and supply chain industry
• Sound experience in consultancy roles
• Sound knowledge of Navis N4 and XPS, knowledge of other Terminal Operating Systems is beneficial
• “Out-of-the-box”-thinking: Innovative approach and an understanding on how digitalisation can improve the supply chain and efficiency of ports and terminals in a sustainable way
• Excellent written and spoken English, good German language skills preffered, other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel globally
