Senior Consultant Product Lifecycle SAP PLM (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management Competence Center. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for customers across various industries, contributing to projects focused on innovation, optimization, and harmonization of business processes. You will support clients in process analysis, design, and implementation while driving improvements through digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consulting projects in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across diverse industries and company sizes.

• Specialize in product change management (engineering change management), new product development, CAD data integration, change management, development and manufacturing bills of materials, recipes and batches, hazardous goods handling, supplier collaboration, and handover to production .

• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes in SAP PLM or Enterprise Product Development and related areas.

• Implement customizing processes efficiently and in a lean manner.

• Continuously improve customers’ business processes with a focus on innovative, digital solutions.

• Support and expand customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for added value.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP PLM or EPD consultant .

• Academic background in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification .

• Knowledge of SAP Quality Management, Environment Health & Safety (EH&S), or Production is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in German and English .

• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about improving business processes and introducing innovative solutions.

• Willingness to develop new areas, adopt emerging trends, and guide customers in creating measurable value.
