Your Role

1. Client Interaction: Act as the main contact for clients regarding product-related questions, supporting relationship building via ticket systems, email, or calls.
2. Hands-on Support: Provide expert advice and troubleshoot SAP Concur issues within ERP and S/4HANA systems.
3. Business Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Support Services: Deliver end-to-end support for complex applications, managing tickets efficiently.
5. Varied Industries: Work across sectors like automotive, food & beverage, logistics, life sciences, sports, utilities, and more, gaining diverse experience.

Your Profile

1. Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. SAP Experience: Several years in Application Management Service (AMS) and SAP Concur, with knowledge of S/4HANA (OnPremise/cloud) being a plus.
3. Customer Service: Strong client focus, proactive, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in ABAP, debugging, and customizing SAP systems.
5. Nice to Have: Experience with Fiori apps and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
