Senior Consultant SAP HCM Public (all genders)

Responsibilities:

• Consult and support public sector clients in redesigning and optimizing HR processes with SAP solutions.
• Implement requirements and customizations through hands-on configuration.
• Design and plan the architecture of hybrid landscapes using SAP Human Capital Management and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist clients with roadmaps and migration strategies to SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
• Take responsibility in diverse and engaging projects.
• Support sales efforts with your expertise during client acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP HCM solutions, including areas like PA, PY, PT, OM, or VADM.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, especially TVÖD, and experience with hybrid SAP HR landscapes is preferred.
• Willingness to share knowledge internally and with clients, including training.
• Customer-focused attitude, team-oriented, and proactive communication skills in German and English.
