Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

Du bist Teil der Projektteams vor Ort bei unseren internationalen und nationalen Kunden
Dort entwickelst du für den Einkauf effektive Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen und Warengruppenoptimierungspläne (Value Creation Plan), verbunden mit beispielsweise der Anwendung von Potentialanalysen, der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, der Anwendung von kommerziellen sowie technischen Einkaufshebeln oder mit der Begleitung von Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen

Was bringst du mit?

Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität
Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer anderen Managementberatung oder im Einkauf eines internationalen, marktführenden Unternehmens, idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung
Ein tiefes und grundlegendes Einkaufsverständnis und Erfahrungen in Bereichen wie Warengruppen Management, Warengruppen Strategie, Materialkostensenkung, Verhandlungen und Lieferantentagen
Idealerweise verfügst Du darüber hinaus über spezifisches Expertenwissen in einer oder mehreren indirekten oder direkten Warengruppen, z.B. im Bereich Rohstoffe, Kunststoffe, Elektronik oder mechanische Teile
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch und vielleicht dazu noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
Neben deiner analytischen und systemnahen Denk- und Arbeitsweise solltest du auch ein gutes Gespür für Situationen und Menschen mitbringen

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

You are part of the project teams on site with our international and national customers
There you develop effective cost reduction measures and product group optimisation plans (Value Creation Plan) for the procurement department, connected with, for example, the application of potential analyzes, the creation of tenders, the application of commercial as well as technical purchasing levers or the support of make-or-buy decisions

Your profile

A completed master's degree from a well-known university
At least 3 years of professional experience with another management consultancy or in the procurement department of an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experience
A deep and fundamental understanding of procurement and experience in areas such as category management, commodity group strategies, material cost reduction, negotiations, and supplier days
Ideally, you also have specific expert knowledge in one or more indirect or direct product groups, e.g. in the area of raw materials, plastics, electronics or mechanical parts
You are fluent in English, German and perhaps speak one other foreign language as well
In addition to your analytical and systems-oriented way of thinking and working, you should also have a good feel for situations and people
