Manage (sub-)projects for exciting initiatives in the manufacturing industry:

• Collaborate in strategic planning and operational implementation of projects across various industry focuses
• Independently manage smaller projects or sub-projects related to future-proof IT, digitalization solutions, and process management
• Contribute operationally to customer projects within the project management office, applying both classic and agile project management methods
• Handle project management responsibilities from acquisition to successful completion, including budget control and team management
• Develop and expand your expertise in project management, processes, and IT systems relevant to our target industries—pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biotechnology
• Create target group-oriented concepts and processes, ensuring deadlines are met

Your profile

• You hold a degree and have professional experience in consulting or managing small to medium projects, or have worked in project management offices (PMO). Alternatively, you possess comparable multi-year experience and see this as the right opportunity.
• You understand the business, economic, and regulatory requirements of the process industry, especially chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or the public sector.
• You have proven experience with both classic and agile project management methods, along with knowledge of relevant process management tools and techniques.
• You possess strong communication skills, fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), and are thorough, proactive, customer-oriented, and confident at all hierarchy levels. Building customer relationships is a strength of yours.
• You are a team player, open, flexible, resilient, and eager to develop your expertise further.
• You are willing to work remotely and on-site at our locations or with customers, with up to 60% travel.
