Responsibilities

As part of the controlling team, analyze complex data, develop insightful reports, and support management with well-founded decisions.
Optimize processes, design planning structures, and help drive the company’s strategic development.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, costs, and customer development.
Support budget planning and monthly rolling forecasts.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses for business and strategic decisions.
Act as a proactive business partner to internal stakeholders.
Take ownership of data modeling and integration within Jedox .
Design integrated planning processes and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

A degree in business administration or similar.
Solid experience in controlling (ideally in the energy industry).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Confidence in MS Office; experience with Jedox or other EPM platforms a plus.
Structured, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility.
