Senior Conversion Optimization Manager (f/m/d) – Raisin 
 We’re looking for a senior conversion optimization manager to lead A/B and incrementality testing across our paid channels, product, and content teams. You’ll work closely with PPC, Marketing Analytics, Affiliate, Product, SEO, and Content to design, implement, and evaluate tests that drive measurable conversions. 
 Team & Reporting 
 You will report directly to the Marketing Director Paid Channels and operate autonomously while collaborating across multiple functions. 
 Responsibilities 
  - Optimize PPC and affiliate landing page tests, app store listings, ad copy, and additional funnel steps in collaboration with Product. 
  - Take ownership of conversion optimization within the Marketing department in close partnership with Paid Channel teams. 
  - Generate and refine hypotheses collaboratively with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Analytics. 
  - Design A/B and incrementality test setups, prepare documentation, and moderate prioritization discussions with Channel, Analytics, and Product teams. 
  - Create landing pages independently using Contentstack CMS, A/B testing platforms, or landing page builders; or work jointly with other teams. 
  - Ensure statistically sound test implementation and structured tagging of traffic within A/B tools. 
  - Analyze and interpret test results using A/B testing platforms, Looker BI, and other analytical tools, and proactively share findings with stakeholders. 
  - Champion and embed data‑driven experimentation as a core philosophy within the Marketing organization. 
  - Work with precision and compliance awareness within a regulated financial environment. 
   
 Qualifications 
  - Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of statistics, sample sizes, and test interpretation. 
  - Advanced experience with BI systems (ideally Looker). 
  - Hands‑on experience with one or more A/B testing platforms. 
  - Expertise in UX and web design. 
  - Basic front‑end development skills: CSS adjustments and familiarity with HTML/JavaScript triggers. 
  - Experience with web analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).  
  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder management. 
   
  - Understanding or curiosity about financial products and services. 
  - Experience with workflow organization in ticketing tools (e.g., Jira). 
  - Familiarity with PPC marketing (e.g., Google Ads).  
  - Experience collaborating with SEO teams and understanding their requirements. 
  - Basic graphic design skills for independent visual adjustments. 
  - Knowledge of CLTV, customer cohorts, and ROAS as key marketing metrics.
