We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Experience Representative to join our Sales Team reporting to the General Manager for Germany & Austria. In this role, you’ll drive seamless customer and commercial success by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. You’ll champion exceptional customer service, optimize demand and supply planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage import/export operations with precision. By turning data insights into actionable strategies, you’ll support account planning, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and help the business grow efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses related to supply and demand. Address issues with urgency and professionalism to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Set-Up & Data Management: Support the set-up of new customers, including segmentation, data clean-up, and ongoing data accuracy to empower customers and internal teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on key planning activities. Regularly update teams on performance metrics.
- Lead Generation & Commercial Excellence: Contribute to lead generation by identifying opportunities to improve planning and supply processes and support decision-making with data insights.
- Account Planning & Commercial Policy Support: Assist in developing and executing account plans and commercial policies with data-driven insights to improve business performance.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage import/export operations and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth product flow.
- Working Arrangements: Starting remote (Home Office) based in Germany, transitioning to Office Based in Düsseldorf (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
- Travel: Up to 10% travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer operations with a track record of building collaborative relationships, turning data into actionable insights, resolving challenges with empathy, and driving improvements that elevate team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset & stakeholder collaboration ability — engage with diverse stakeholders, work across teams, and consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
- Solution-oriented adaptability — able to navigate complex, changing environments, respond to challenges effectively, and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to create clear reports and presentations to support decision-making and action.
