Overview

Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (w/m/d) at Axians magellan GmbH

Join the team to drive holistic cybersecurity as a reliable and state‑of‑the‑art partner.

Responsibilities

• Security projects from A to Z: concept, advisory (pre- and postsales), and technical implementation of IT‑security projects for large mid-sized companies and key accounts; the ideal blend of technical and advisory work.
• You lead with autonomy: design and implement diverse projects at the customer, with cross‑team and cross‑department technical project leadership.
• Trusted advisor: act as the customer’s trusted advisor across all project phases and help them make the right decisions with your expertise.
• Share your knowledge: opportunities to contribute to technical talks, marketing events, and social media posts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT security or information security.
• Strong knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, BSI).
• Experience with security technologies, cloud security, network security, or application security.
• Excellent customer orientation, communication skills, and advisory competence.
• Very good German and English, spoken and written.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.
