Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, SQL).
• Experience with adtech platforms and marketing measurement techniques (e.g., MMM, multi-touch attribution).
• Expertise in tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-to-server (S2S) tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
• Proven track record of driving strategic impact through data-driven insights.

What you’ll do

• Business Intelligence: Ad-hoc analysis for marketing using BI tools or languages (Python, R, SQL). Partner with marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet business needs.
• Marketing Measurement: Lead development and execution of marketing measurement initiatives (e.g., MMM, multi-touch attribution, experiments). Stay up-to-date with evolving marketing measurement techniques.
• Marketing Tracking & Operations: Develop, implement, and manage tracking for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with AdTech partners to ensure accurate data collection and integration.
• Experimentation: Explore innovative approaches, including AI-driven tools, to enhance speed and scale in analytics.
