We're building the most data-empowered B2B marketplace in Europe. As a Senior Analytics Engineer in our Business Intelligence & Data team, you'll design high-performance data models, mentor teammates, and elevate the technical foundations of analytics across the company.

• Design and own scalable data models using dbt, SQL, and Python to deliver high-performance, analytics-ready datasets
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines (GCP, ClickHouse) to transform raw data into trusted business inputs
• Apply engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and hands-on support in modeling, testing, and performance optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to deliver well-documented, high-quality data products end-to-end
• Ensure high data standards for quality, documentation, governance, and performance
• Continuously improve tooling, architecture, and development processes by identifying and addressing technical debt

• 5+ years of experience in data roles (Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar)
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and modern data modeling tools (preferably dbt)
• Experience building data pipelines and transforming data in cloud-native environments (e.g., GCP, ClickHouse)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker; and willingness to work closely with BI developers and stakeholders to make measurable business impact through data
• A solid grasp of software engineering principles (code versioning, CI/CD, testing) applied in a data context
• A proactive mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and mentor others
