If so, then EPAM has a perfect opportunity for you as a hybrid Senior Data Consultant (m / f / d), to join our Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. This position is part of the Global Consumer Data and Analytics Consulting team, including experts from various sectors.

This is a great opportunity for you to play a highly visible and leading role in shaping the Data Analytics Consulting landscape.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio.
• Contribute to building EPAM's overall Data & Analytics offerings and go-to-market strategies, ensuring they address the key strategic challenges of Financial Services and Banking clients.
• Ensure compliance with data-related laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the organization's reputation.
• Collaborate with local and global technical and business data teams to advise clients on their Data & Analytics strategies and implementations.
• Assist clients in optimizing their existing Data & Analytics projects by identifying suitable solutions and services based on their needs, constraints, and strategies.
• Work closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful delivery through an integrated approach.
• Lead research initiatives, develop strategies, and sponsor the development of new Data & Analytics products or services to expand markets, monetize data, and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Expertise in big data architecture, technologies, and data delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of key technologies: Informatica, Oracle, DWH, Big Data, Spark, Scala, HDFS, Kafka, Cloudera, ETL / ELT.
• Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, data cataloging, data migration, and data mesh.
• Proficiency in cloud migration, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Extensive experience in developing and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to operate strategically while being detail-oriented to add value to clients and support your team effectively.
• Experience working with relevant delivery teams.
• Confidence in expressing viewpoints, making recommendations, and presenting analyses and suggestions appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
