Role: ML Ops Engineer

Job Description:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, IT specialists, and relevant departments to deliver production-ready and GxP-compliant machine learning models.
• Supporting MLOps frameworks and DevOps methodologies to ensure the efficient deployment of new ML projects.
• Monitoring performance and driving continuous optimization of operational ML systems.
• Building and maintaining scalable machine learning pipelines across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Automating the training, validation, and deployment processes for machine learning models.
• Ensuring the reproducibility and traceability of model results to meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• A degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ML systems, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English
