(Senior) Data Integration Engineer (m / f / x)

Your job highlight

You will be part of the Integration Team at Allane and will play a key role in shaping a unified integration layer across the entire IT landscape. You will act as the central connecting point between business lines and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between technical solutions and business needs. This role also involves defining reusable integration components and standards, promoting the adoption of cloud-native solutions where appropriate, and driving consistency in service delivery across all business units.

Your new role

• You are responsible for developing and enhancing Allane's integration landscape.
• You develop (Java / Spring ecosystem, CLOUD-native) solutions to integrate with external partners and internal systems.
• You are part of an agile team and contribute to the design of our implementation process.
• You design and develop concepts for innovative software landscapes with colleagues and evaluate new technologies.
• You mentor juniors, promote best practices in integration operations, and drive continuous improvement in service reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Your strengths

• You have 5 years of IT experience in a consultancy focusing on building integration solutions or similar.
• You have hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Automic, Talend, Boomi, Informatica, or Mulesoft.
• You possess deep knowledge of integration architecture, ETL processes, and API management, with a solid understanding of data transformation, system interoperability, and error handling.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, along with a growth and "Let's Do" mindset.
• You have project management and product ownership skills (recommended) and are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
