Senior Designer (m/w/d) - Leo Germany

Leo Germany is a global creative agency and part of Publicis Groupe. What you do

• Collaborate with the Creative Director on client mandates, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and project goals
• Analyze client briefings and develop a range of conceptual ideas and visual concepts
• Conceive visual look-and-feel for brand/product communication, including image styles, layout principles, color systems, typography, illustration and iconography
• Think holistically about brands and develop systematic use cases for digital touchpoints
• Create clear, user-centered guidelines for global brand communication
• Work closely with Concept, Copy and Design teams and act as a mentor to colleagues
• Storyboard moving image content, prepare client presentations and interactive demos (e.g., InVision), and present designs in client meetings
• Stay informed about trends in UX/UI and actively incorporate them into work
• Apply CO-creation processes and workshop methods to drive project success with clients

Qualifications

• Completed studies in communication design or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in similar agencies
• Strong conceptual and visual skills for holistic branding
• Curious with a keen sense for good design, user experience and trends
• Ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively
• Experience thinking about branding across media and touchpoints
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision
• Interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration excites you
• Good English language skills
