**Responsibilities:**

• Sell complex digital solutions in rail transport, including operational IT, dispatch, maintenance, and passenger information systems.
• Acquire and develop strategic relationships with large clients (e.g., railway companies, infrastructure operators, service providers) at decision-maker and committee levels.
• Create and manage complex proposals for public tenders, leading interdisciplinary proposal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and prices with procurement organizations and decision-makers, considering regulatory requirements in the railway market.
• Collaborate closely with technical and account teams to develop market-oriented, feasible solutions with clear business benefits.

**Profile:**

• Extensive experience in sales and solution consulting within the rail sector, ideally with direct customer contacts such as DB, ÖBB, SBB, or similar entities.
• Deep understanding of processes, IT structures, and decision pathways in railway companies, including experience with public procurement processes.
• Confident management of proposal projects and interdisciplinary teams within a complex regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and strategic skills, negotiation expertise, and political sensitivity in the railway market.
• Technical or business-related degree, fluent German (C1), good English, and willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region.
