About the client:
Our client is a leading IT Services and Consulting Firm.


Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM tailored to the B2B Sales implementation of Lufthansa Group use cases.
• Extend CRM functionality through custom plug-ins, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure system stability, especially during high-load operations such as data imports.
• Support the integration of the CRM system with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines.


Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Dataverse.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization: entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying custom plug-ins and workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics solutions.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in enterprise CRM environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a distributed team.


Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Lufthansa Group systems and data structures.
• Familiarity with Agile Release Train (ART) structures and SAFe methodology.


Location & Availability
Remote or hybrid (Germany-based preferred).
Immediate or short-term availability is ideal.
