We’re currently inviting applications from talented engineers based in or Frankfurt, Berlin, or Düsseldorf, with the position officially based in Frankfurt. About The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be part of a world-class interdisciplinary team designing high-performance data centre infrastructure. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring that complex electrical systems meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and resilience across all project phases—from concept to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design (MV, LV, ELV) across all stages of mission-critical data centre projects.
• Manage project documentation, technical reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
• Present and communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines, including mechanical, architectural, and automation teams.
• Provide leadership in client engagement and project delivery, ensuring client needs are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative global team.
• Promote a culture of sustainability, continuous improvement, and technical innovation.

Required Skills

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical systems design for mission-critical or industrial facilities (data centre experience highly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of German electrical codes and international industry standards.
• Proficiency with 3D BIM tools (especially Revit MEP).
• Fluency in English (German language skills strongly preferred).
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for engineering excellence, sustainability, and digital innovation.
