Overview

We’re seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in C++, Python, and Golang to drive the design and build of trading platforms from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of architecture, lead engineering decisions, and guide a team in building low-latency, high-performance trading systems — spanning execution engines, market connectivity, and risk management.



Responsibilities
• Own architecture & design of core trading platform components (OMS/EMS, execution engines, risk systems).
• Lead the build of ultra-low latency, fault-tolerant infrastructure with global market connectivity.
• Mentor and guide engineers; set coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and leadership to align technology with strategy.
• Ensure platform reliability and scalability via testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.



Requirements
• Expert in C++ (11/14/17+), Python, and Golang.
• Proven track record building and scaling trading systems / HFT / prop platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, FIX, market data protocols, distributed systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and owning architecture decisions.
• Exposure to cloud (AWS/GCP), containers (Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
• 10+ years’ experience in high-performance software engineering, with at least 3+ in a senior or lead role.
