You’ll make an impact by

• Designing and delivering advanced training on SiEmergy for DSOs and industries, including practical, hands-on training in electrical power system switching under critical conditions
• Developing SiEmergy scenarios, tools, simulations, and frameworks for operational excellence
• Leading R&D initiatives to incorporate emerging technologies into SiEmergy solutions
• Advising on switching operations and stress management in critical network scenarios
• Guiding teams through complex switching scenarios with technical leadership and coaching
• Facilitating workshops and simulations to enhance team capabilities in technical operations and stress resilience

Your defining qualities

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Extensive experience in electrical power systems, network operations, or related roles, with a Master’s or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of critical network operation scenarios in Power Transmission and Distribution, with hands-on expertise in switching operations, safety standards, and best practices
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training and workshops, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others
